Common Sense San Joaquin  is standing up for families, seniors, small business owners and farmers. We are more than 2,000 members strong and continue to grow. We are worried about higher electric rates and increased government debt.

We are protecting local jobs and our economy.

The South San Joaquin Irrigation District’s (SSJID) takeover plan was called “financially infeasible” by an independent report. SSJID’s plan puts all residents of San Joaquin County at risk.

We are saying “no” to increased rates and increased risk.

We are working together to stop SSJID’s government takeover of our electricity service.
